Elisabetta Tiani

Elisabetta Tiani is an accomplished privacy and AI governance leader with over a decade of experience in privacy and data protection. An Italian-trained attorney with a PhD, she is now registered as In-House Counsel in New York. Elisabetta holds multiple IAPP certifications for both US and EU privacy (CIPP) and AI Governance (AIGP). She currently heads the global data protection program and AI governance initiatives at Axonius, a NYC-based cybersecurity company, and also serves as a member of the IAPP Education Advisory Board for the 2026/2027 term.
